Following our Deep Dive on your business phase, where we now have a detailed brief and person specification constructed, we now map all candidates in the market, who have the right skills and background applicable for the specific candidate profile.

We look at 2 types of candidate:

Passive Candidates – who are not necessarily looking for a new executive role or indeed have any understanding of who or what our client does.
Active Candidates – who are actively looking for new opportunities who may be either in between opportunities or exiting a current role.

Our search is extensive and we use world-class search technology to help identify and map suitable candidates across the whole of the UK candidate marketplace.
This is where much of our work tends to take place to ensure we have captured the ‘complete market’ of candidates with the right skills and background.
